FACILITY RESERVATIONS

New events requested with start dates between April 2026 - Dec 2027 cannot be confirmed at this time, due to potential construction projects. You are welcome to submit requests, but we encourage you to find another location for large events in 2026 and 2027 so you can plan confidently. We hope to begin confirming the events we can accommodate by March of 2026. We appreciate your patience as we strive to maximize our available spaces for continued ministry and outreach!

The buildings and property of Second Baptist Church are considered a means to provide opportunities for worship, fellowship, community influence, and meeting people where they are. We are committed to ensuring that the facilities are utilized in a way that brings honor and glory to God.


Requests are reviewed  once a week on Tuesdays and you may expect a response by the end of the day on Tuesdays.  (Example - if you submit a request on a Wednesday, you may not hear back until the following Tuesday). Your event date should be at least 14 days from the submission date to be considered. Thirty days notice is preferred.
