Second Baptist Student Ministry is all about celebrating life. There is no greater adventure than being a Christian! We focus on small groups with the intention that no student falls through the cracks. In that context, we live, laugh, learn and grow in our knowledge of Jesus Christ. Through weekly small groups on Sundays and Wednesdays, Second Students find an avenue in which to study God's Word and to serve others.

There are currently two Sunday Morning meeting times in the Summit (the basement of Second Baptist) - 8 am and 9:30 am. We begin with modern music led by a live band, and then Ken Goodman, Minister to Students, teaches the large group. Students are then dismissed to small groups that are based on grade and gender.

The Wednesday evening event, called 31eleven begins at 6 pm and ends at 7:15 pm. Students will find a high-energy time of celebration and learning, complete with music, food, door-prizes, and solid Bible teaching.

Other activities and opportunities can be expected as the year progresses, such as retreats, camps, mission trips, guys/girls nights, and so forth. Again, at Second Students Ministry, we celebrate life together. Come be a part of the celebration!
